Filters

For my landscape work my main lens is the Sigma 14-24 and I use the NISI 150mm system. Nowadays I only use a polariser and if I want to slow the shutter speed I fit an ND. I don’t use grads anymore as I just blend different exposures in post.

I also use the lee 100mm filter system on my second camera when doing timelapse.

Tripods

My main tripod is a Gitzo GT4533LS (I Love it!). The head I use on this is the Manfrotto 410 Geared Head. I also have a Manfrotto MT190 XPRO3 (Aluminum) with the MH XPRO-3W Geared Head.

Star Tracker

Over the last two years, I have become very interested in astro photography. In late 2020 I decided to buy the Move Shoot Move star, tracker. From the start, it was easy to set up and use but I’m still learning every part of Astro work.

Gear Bag

I have a Lowepro bag, I’ve had this for years. It’s one of the Pro Trekker models but as I’ve had it for years I don’t know which one it is. This is a testament to its toughness. I can carry three bodies with lenses and an extra lens or two plus filters. The zippers have never given me a problem. 100% recommendable
